7(days of the week) x 500 (calories you cut from your diet everyday) = 3500(½ kg loss per week.)
Pretty simple isn’t it, similarly if you cut down 1000 calories from your diet everyday for 7 days you lose 1 kilo in a week. However going beyond this calorie restriction is not healthy and can be dangerous. To lose weight it is very important to enjoy the food that you eat.
