Poshanam was born in 2020 when the world was grappling with the Coronavirus Pandemic. There was a buzz about the immunity-boosting foods and high levels of stress affecting people stuck at home. I saw people eating everything and anything based on the information available on social media in the lure to improve their immunity. With no scientific backing, I have seen these “hacks” backfire, making the body even unhealthier and stressed.
